Speaking on the weekly webcast of the Philippine Sports Writers Association Forum, the base explained that they want to give back to their country.

“I’ve heard about the league and I’m very excited, to say the least. And I’m sure I’m looking to join the league eventually,” Fajardo said Tuesday.

However, he added that he is focusing on his education as an incoming freshman at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey next year.

She is currently serving as the captain of the Gill St. Bernard Knights team and preparing for her next senior year in high school. Fajardo was an integral piece of the team last year, averaging 13.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.4 steals in 26 games. This year, she aims to hit the 1,000 point mark for her school.

Despite pursuing the WNBA, the teen is obsessed with having a coaching career in the future.

“You know, maybe afterwards, I was thinking about training in the NCAA or maybe having relationships with FIBA ​​here in the US and really honing everything I learn here so that I can eventually bring it with me to the Philippines,” he said. explained.
