MANILA— The operations of the Consular Office of the Department of Foreign Relations in the city of Tuguegarao will be suspended from October 5 to 16 after the implementation of the modified improved community quarantine in the area.
In a notice on its Facebook page, the DFA said that consular services in that city would resume on October 19.
Applicants or those with confirmed appointments should obtain another time by emailing [email protected] with the following information:
– Name
– Birthdate
– Date and time of the original appointment
– Preferred date and time of the new appointment
The DFA said new appointments can be on any business day (Monday through Friday) from October 19 to November 19, 2020 during the Consular Office’s regular hours of operation.
Applicants requiring emergency or urgent consular services are also urged to email the consular post.
The enforcement of a stricter 14-day MECQ in the city of Tuguegarao began on Saturday following an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in 19 of its 49 barangays.
