Derek Ramsay is receiving criticism on social media after it was speculated that he and Andrea Torres had separated.
Ramsay responded to a handful of comments made on his last photo on Instagram on Monday, November 16, where he was criticized not only for the breakup but also for his past relationships.
“The new victim should be her new love team hahaha,” said one @ bubbly_queen08. “All the girls na nila-loveteam sa [kanya] becomes [GF niya] (whoever becomes your love teammate becomes your girlfriend) “.
“Hi [ma’am] There is no truth in what you are saying !!! “Said Ramsay.” Andrea is the only protagonist that I had who became my [GF]. “
“I think he is not married,” said a certain @cguevarraa, to which the actor replied: “I think you are wrong.”
Instagram user @ he.ro4476 commented on the short-lived relationship, telling Ramsay: “How many months [did this relationship last]? That is what you already are. “
“How can you be happy and laugh at all the things you say?” Ramsay wondered.
He also rebuked social media user @sharediputa, who said he had traded his ex-girlfriend Joanne Villablanca for someone with “big boobs.”
“’Wag naman po bastos (Let’s not be nasty),” he replied.
Ramsay and Torres fueled the breakup accusations after they both deleted photos of them together on their respective Instagram accounts. Torres has also unfollowed Ramsay on the social media platform. Meanwhile, the Philippine Entertainment Portal reported that the two had indeed split, according to a source close to Torres.
The two met while filming the GMA TV series “The Better Woman” in April 2019. At the time, Ramsay was still with Villablanca; would separate in June 2019.
He and Torres confirmed that they had “feelings for each other” in September 2019. It seemed like they were serious, as they even had a joint YouTube channel in February of this year.
They both have yet to comment on the status of their relationship as of this writing. /outside
