It showed a printed copy of a forged Capitol Hill pass that is reportedly being used to allow a commercial processing subcontracting employee (BPO), who works in Cebu City, to enter Daanbantayan, a first-class municipality located more than 140 kilometers north of the capital of the province.
“I am warning all those who will invent fake passes, I will have the police track them down and formal cases against you will surely be filed,” Garcia said in Cebuano.
The governor reiterated that BPO workers are not part of the exemptions to Cebu’s border restrictions.
