Chadwick Boseman’s latest post is the most liked tweet
The latest tweet from the late “Black Panther” star Chadwick Boseman confirming the actor’s death has become the most liked tweet on the social media platform, Twitter announced.
Tweet with the most likes. A tribute fit for a king. #WakandaForever, ”Twitter said on his official account on Saturday after the announcement of Boseman’s death.
Boseman’s official Twitter account shared a photo of the actor on Saturday with a statement announcing that he had lost a four-year battle with colon cancer.
The 43-year-old actor never spoke publicly of his condition and continued to work on major Hollywood movies and among “countless: operations and chemotherapy, his family said in a statement.
“It was the honor of his career bringing King T’Challa to life in Black Panther,” they said.
At the time of writing, Boseman’s latest tweet garnered 7.2 million likes and 3.1 million retweets.
Boseman played the first black superhero to get his own standalone film in the Marvel franchise that broke records with 2018’s “Black Panther.” (With AFP report)
