With James Harden attempting to orchestrate a trade to the Brooklyn Nets to play Kevin Durant, there was a rumor of a possible three-way trade between the Houston Rockets and Kyrie Irving going to the Miami Heat.

Simmons adds that he expects both Harden and Russell Westbrook to be traded in the coming days.
“I didn’t quite believe it until today’s Horford exchange which secretly saved Philly a lot of money. As much as you have to add with the Harden exchange. I think we all agree on the Harden exchange, Ben Simmons, it whichever is the most logical trade. If Houston is going to trade Harden, they have to get someone like Ben Simmons back or it’s not worth it. “
Kevin O’Connor chimed in that it has been speculated that Tillman Fertitta would not trade Harden for Daryl Morey, but that position could be a negotiating tactic.
