Wilmington, United States – President-elect Joe Biden said Tuesday that perpetrators of a massive cyber attack against the United States government must face the consequences and called on President Donald Trump for his response to the threat.
“We can’t let this go unanswered,” Biden told the American people before the holidays. “That means making it clear and public who is responsible for the attack and taking meaningful steps to hold them accountable.”
“This assault occurred under the surveillance of Donald Trump when he was not looking,” charged Biden. “Rest assured that even if he doesn’t take it seriously, I will.”
