Joe Biden called Donald Trump a “climate arsonist” on Monday, condemning the president’s reluctance to protect Americans “from the ravages of climate change.”
The Democratic presidential candidate used a speech in Delaware to denounce his opponent, whose visit to the scene of the California wildfires was widely ridiculed amid allegations that Democratic leaders on the West Coast allowed the trees to “explode.”
On Tuesday, the 77-year-old will take his election campaign to Florida, where he is expected to appeal to the state’s Latino and Hispanic voters.

Biden forced to squash insects in the middle of a speech on climate change
Speaking from outside the Delaware Museum of Natural History in Wilmington yesterday, the presidential hopeful found himself upset by an annoying insect, which he was forced to squash in order to continue criticizing the president.
The move somewhat undermined his “save the planet” message, but it was certainly understandable under the circumstances.
