MANILA, Philippines – A Thai news website said it used a GIF from presidential spokesman Harry Roque to remind the public of the minimal health protocols on coronavirus disease (COVID-19) “because it’s round and Asian.”
In a tweet Saturday night, the Thai Enquirer reminded its Twitter followers to follow minimal health protocols, such as washing hands, wearing a face mask, and observing social distancing.
Attached to the tweet was a GIF of Roque during one of his press conferences.
