Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo are engaged!
In the second part of their Happy Island Fam Holiday Getaway vlog that premiered on Sunday, they revealed that Philmar finally asked Andi’s hand in marriage.
The video showed the actual images of her special moment on the balcony of her hotel room in Batangas.
“This actually happened on our third day, but we want to save the best for last,” Andi wrote in the video. “Excuse our footage because it was forged by the rain,” he added.
“We would like to have the personal conversation just between the two of us, to make it special, but we want to share the moment with all of you, anyway,” he continued.
According to Andi, Philmar suddenly spoke about his life together and his growing family and how he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. She thought it was unusual for him.
After a few moments Philmar said, “I ask you with all my heart if you will marry me.”
She started laughing and crying at the same time after Philmar asked her the question and showed her the ring. She gave him her yes and they continued chatting on the floor.
In the last part of the video, they showed the aquamarine ring on Andi’s finger.
“I am so excited to be riding the waves of life with you forever,” a text appeared in the video.
On Instagram, Andi announced the news by posting a photo of the two of them in the ocean while showing the ring on her finger.
“I never thought about what my engagement would be like because I honestly didn’t think I’d have one,” he wrote in the caption.
Andi said: “It would have been nice anyway, but it happened. And it happened the way I wanted and much more.”
“Nothing great. Unexpected, simple and so sincere. That’s us. It’s him. This is how I want the rest of my life to be.”
“I’m over the moon, very happy to spend it with you my mahal @chepoxz!”
Last Sunday, Andi revealed that she and Philmar are expecting a baby for their second child.
Andi and Philmar’s first child, Lilo, turned one this year. His eldest Ellie is his daughter Jake Army.
