Two more Philippine-inspired Jordan sneakers will launch on December 23 after the official launch of the Air Jordan XXIII and XXXV “Titan” colourway.

Photos that appeared online Saturday showed PBA star CJ Pérez sporting both shoes, which were made after a collaboration between the Jordan brand and local retailer Titan.

Nike said on its website that the XXIII is a tribute to the store’s limited launch of the “Titanium” color scheme of the same shoe in 2008, while the XXXV is the same version of the iconic brand’s latest edition.

“The Air Jordan XXIII, an iconic silhouette for the Philippines after the launch of Titanium in 2008, features zipper stitching on the upper. The Titan Lightning bolt logo appears on the tongue and insole, ”Nike said on its website.

“The Air Jordan XXXV brings a similar color scheme, rooted in a black heel and crossed in red straps over the Eclipse Plate 2.0. The lighting bolt logo is subtly printed throughout the silhouette, ”added Nike.

Both the XX3 and XXXV will be available first in the Philippines, with global launches scheduled for December 29 and January 23 (North America).

The introduction of the two Titan Jordans came on the heels of the much-touted Jordan 4 Manila colorway shoes, which only had 150 pairs available.

It may not end up as hyped as the Jordan Manila shoes, but sneakerheads are expected to go to great lengths to get past XXIII, XXXV, or both.
