After a first-round playoff outing, Damian Lillard ventures into the auto business

NBA star Damian Lillard just added another milestone to his resume. Although not on the basketball court.

The Portland Trailblazers guard recently became a co-owner of a Toyota dealership in McMinnville, Oregon, joining forces with his friend and business partner Brian Sanders.

Lillard also announced the recent development on his Instagram account.

But Lillard, 30, proved he is more than a boss. According to Nice Kicks, Lillard decided to gift each employee a pair of adidas Dame 6.

During the inauguration ceremony, McMinnville Mayor Scott Hill declared October 1 as “Damian Lillard Day” to honor Lillard’s “long-standing and beloved presence in Oregon,” said a Toyota representative.

Members of the Damian Lillard VIP Club who purchase a car from their dealership will have access to different benefits such as meet and greet and exclusive offers on the Trail Blazers games.
