A report has listed stadiums that could be used as neutral venues if the Premier League resumes behind closed doors.
Elite soccer in the UK and Europe has been halted due to the coronavirus pandemic, with no clear date for when English soccer will resume.
Football Association President Greg Clarke admitted that it is difficult to see football fans enter the field “any time soon.”
