Newly acquired Kelly Oubre is 0-11 from center so far this year, and according to ESPN, is now the first player in NBA history to go 0-11 from three-point range (or worse) in his first two games of a season after his last Christmas brick party.
He went 0-6 from long range in the team’s first game of the season against the Brooklyn Nets, and followed up with a 0-5 against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday. Overall, he’s shooting only 16.7% from the field.
Equally disappointing has been teammate Andrew Wiggins, who is 2-10 from 3-point range and is shooting 29.4% from the field overall. Head coach Steve Kerr attributed the duo’s difficulties playing in a new environment.
