CABANATUAN CITY – Two motorcyclists were killed in separate car accidents in Nueva Ecija on Christmas Day, police said Saturday.
Emmanuel Santiago, 27, a beautician, was riding a motorcycle when it crashed into the concrete wall of a welcome arch in the city of Bongabón around 4:20 a.m. Friday, said Colonel Marvin Joe Saro, police director. of Nueva Écija.
Meanwhile, at 5:50 pm, the motorcycle driven by 27-year-old Nampicuan city farmer Mark Arvie Munda collided with a pickup truck that was parked on the shoulder of a highway leading to the city of Cuyapo. .
Both motorists were rushed to hospitals near the crash sites, but were pronounced dead on arrival.
