The Nets looked like the NBA Finals contenders that people have been promoting to be in Game 1, and both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant looked good as they both played just 25 minutes without stress. The Nets’ depth should give the Celtics trouble, Brooklyn has had an extra day of recovery and I hope they keep rolling in a high-scoring game. Take the Networks -3.5 (-105)and consider Nets -1.5 (-105) first semester as well.
As for the total, I am a little surprised that it is not older. The Celtics took 101 shots against the Bucks, and both the Nets and Celtics threw 35 or more 3s in their first game. If we see a game with a similar rhythm on Friday, they are hitting over 227.5.
