GCash services temporarily unavailable on Christmas Eve – Manila Bulletin

GCash announced on Thursday afternoon, Christmas Eve, that its services are temporarily unavailable.

In an advisory, GCash said it is “working hard” to restore service as soon as possible.

“For affected transactions, rest assured that the funds are safe and will be processed within the next 24 hours,” he added.

GCash is operated by Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.

Among its services are money transfer, cash withdrawal and purchase and loan of cell phone charges.
