More than 200 passengers were stranded in Cebu City ports on Friday after sea voyages were canceled due to Vicky’s weather changes.
Ramil Ayuman, head of Cebu City’s Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, said most of the passengers were heading to Mindanao.
Data from the Philippine Coast Guard also indicated that some of the passengers are destined for Surigao, Masbate and Nasipit.
