Before playing in the B.League All-Star Game, Filipino basketball star Thirdy Ravena will be able to test his vertical leap against the league it has to offer when competing in the dunk contest.

His San-En NeoPhoenix team confirmed the news on Monday night.

“#ThirdyRavena will enter the DUNK contest!” the team announced on Facebook.

Ravenna was selected as part of the league’s All-Star Game, which will take place on January 17 at the Adastria Mito Arena in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture.

The B.League All-Star Weekend runs from January 15-16.

Ravena garnered the highest votes in the Asian Player Quota and will dress for team B.White alongside former San Miguel Beermen reinforcement Nick Fazekas and top rated player Kosuke Kanamaru.

He is the only San-En NeoPhoenix player to see action in the All-Star Game.

Ravena is currently averaging 9.3 points and 4.0 rebounds for NeoPhoenix, who is 4-17 in the B.League.
