Police killed two suspected arms dealers, including an ex-drug convict, in a shooting in Quezon City on Saturday night. Brig. General Jonel Estomo, director of the anti-kidnapping group of the Philippine National Police, said the two were part of an arms trafficking syndicate, the Waray-Waray group, which also engaged in robberies and kidnappings in Metro Manila and Calabarzon.
