As more people want to quit smoking, they turn to alternatives to quit. One of the most popular alternatives to cigarettes is unburned heat (HNB) devices that heat tobacco leaves instead of burning them to provide a cigarette-like experience and minimize the harmful effects that smoke brings.

MOK, the first locally available HNB brand in the Philippines, entered the market last year with the launch of its MOK 1.9 and MOK mini. At the heart of MOK devices are sophisticated electronic components that are noted for their heating pin technology that heats the tobacco enough to release a tasty nicotine-containing vapor without burning the tobacco itself.

MOK Philippines recently introduced the latest device in its line of unburned heat products, the MOK 2.0, an ultra-light and compact device that embodies taste, technology and style with its high-tech OLED panel, fast warm-up cycles, function fast charging and premium color combinations of brown, gold and blue.

“This is the most premium MOK device on the market. The new MOK 2.0 features sharp angular shapes that are distinct and truly stylish in their own right. Once again, it’s still ultra-light, it’s still compact, and its matte metallic finish promotes MOK’s signature sophistication, ”shares Cax Mayuga, MOK Philippines Marketing Director.

Aside from MOK 2.0, the company also released MOK mini Plus. The new compact device featured additional enhancements to perfect its minimalism and functionality. MOK mini Plus has a faster preheat cycle and now comes with a matte metallic finish.

“MOK continually innovates and adapts to the most advanced technology to offer a better alternative to cigarettes, without losing the pleasant tobacco experience. It is the brand of innovation that we are so proud to defend and share with all adult smokers, ”adds Mayuga.

MOK 2.0 is the flagship of a new MOK product line launching in the Philippines and available on December 15 at official MOK stores in Shopee, Lazada, and select GrabMart Express locations, as well as specialty kiosks. MOK at Eastwood Mall., SM City North EDSA, SM City Sta. Mesa, SM City Manila and METL! GO.
