MANILA, Philippines – After four months of strict diet and exercise, Philippine National Police (PNP) Police Chief Gen. Debold Sinas said Thursday that he lost 20 kilograms of body weight.
“Because I can show you that I lost 20 kilos [body weight]”The PNP chief told ABS-CBN News Channel news anchor Karen Dávila on” Headstart, “noting that he specifically requested a face-to-face interview.

Dávila, however, noted that they instead submitted to an online interview to ensure the health safety of Sinas and the employees in the newsroom.
Sinas said he followed a strict diet and exercised while consulting with doctors for checkups.
“That’s almost a four-month program in, of course, nag-umpisa ako, I consulted the doctor. I have medical checkups. […] Of course, cut down on alcohol, if you drink a little, get a good night’s sleep, “he said.
