SMART CLARK GIGA CITY – Like the PBA, the Quest Plus Conference Center staff is yet to relax on world-class catering service and implementation of security protocols for the 2020 Philippines Cup Finals.

Led by CEO Michael Gapin and Assistant CEO Mabel Roman, Quest won’t take chances even with a small entourage by maintaining a full staff of around 100 employees as the bubble reaches its final two weeks.

“Pay but enjoy. We are happy and proud to be part of this bubble and of this historic moment. It is the pride and glory of our hotel and our staff, ”Roman told The STAR.

“Whether it’s 350 or 50 people, it’s the same game plan for us.”

After two months, the delegation of 12 teams and 350 people will be reduced to just 50 from today with the elimination of another two teams from the semi-finals.

From a large and lively entourage in September, it will be a different and quiet environment in the bubble, but the same protocols will be in place for Quest and the PBA.

Hospitality is the name of the game for Quest as a typical Filipino host welcoming his guests until the end of their stay until December 13th.
