Iain Dale told Express.co.uk that Joe Biden will have an advantage as president of the United States by having many people who served under President Obama around him. However, Dale stated that the president-elect is showing signs of mental decline and is not the leader America needs.

Mr. Dale said, “Joe Biden has an advantage in that he will have a lot of people who have been there and served under President Obama.

“So they are not coming to power cold.

“Yet Joe Biden is showing material signs of mental decline.

“I don’t think he’s the leader that is needed for America right now.”

The political commentator added: “I don’t think he’s a decision maker.”

“I don’t see him providing leadership.

“I think it is very likely that Kamala Harris could assume the presidency at some point during the Biden presidency.”

Earlier this month, American political commentator Megyn Kelly told Good Morning Britain that Joe Biden has no mandate from the American people.

“He didn’t work for that because he was winning with his basement strategy.

“Republicans will be more determined than ever to stop everything he does.

“So we’re going to see executive orders and that’s it.”

Joe Biden surpassed the 270 electoral college votes required to win the 2020 U.S. election, but Donald Trump has yet to admit defeat.
