Plymouth has seen two more Covid-19-related hospital deaths, the latest figures show.
In figures released by NHS England today, November 13, Derriford Hospital recorded two more deaths.
While the deaths were not recorded on Nov. 13, they have been regressed earlier, bringing the death toll at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust to 98.
The total number of deaths at the city’s Covid-19 hospitals is now 100, with two deaths previously recorded at Livewell Southwest Mount Gould Hospital.
Elsewhere in Devon, the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital recorded one more death on November 13, bringing the total coronavirus-related hospital deaths to 55.
NHS England confirmed that another 304 people who tested positive for the virus died, bringing the total number of confirmed hospital deaths in England to 36,190.

The patients were between 21 and 100 years old. All but nine, ages 30 to 96, had known underlying health problems.
The latest announced date-related deaths range from September 10 to November 13, 2020.
In all, 18 Southwest deaths were announced.
Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust has seen 63 coronavirus-related hospital deaths in total and 26 at Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust.
In total, the entire region has seen 244 hospital deaths from Covid-19 to date.
Cornwall saw no deaths in the latest figures, with 69 reported by the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust and 26 and the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
The number of deaths of Covid-19 patients by region announced today [November 13] are as follows:
East of England – 12
London – 14
Midlands – 77
Northeast and Yorkshire – 79
Northwest – 87
Southeast – 17
Southwest – 18
TOTAL 304
An NHS England spokesperson said: “Another 304 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed deaths in England hospitals to 36,190.
“The patients were between 21 and 100 years old. All but 9 (30 to 96 years old) had known underlying health conditions.
“The date of death is from September 10 to November 13, 2020. Their families have been informed.”
