Thai actor Tay Tawan wishes strength for typhoon-struck Philippines

MANILA, Philippines – Thai actor Tay Tawan showed international solidarity with Southeast Asia’s neighbor, the Philippines, which has suffered successive tropical cyclones in recent weeks.
More recently, the country was hit by Typhoon Ulysses (international name Vamco) that left thousands of people stranded and millions of homes without power.
Tay, who has a huge following in the Philippines for his Boys’ Love (BL) series “Dark Blue Kiss” and “I’m Tee, Me Too”, was with us in spirit during the calamity.
“Stay strong in the Philippines,” Tay wrote in an Instagram story posted on Friday.
His fans noted that this is the literal Google Translate English-Filipino result for “Stay Strong Philippines”.
