CITY OF LEGAZPI – The provincial government of Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte is carrying out a preventive and forced evacuation of residents as Typhoon Rolly roars into the Bicol region.

At least 35,000 families or 159,000 people will be evacuated in the province, Culvera said.
