Before the Economic Leaders Meeting begins, the 21 APEC Foreign and Trade Ministers will meet for the annual APEC Ministerial Meeting on November 16. The APEC Business Advisory Council Meeting will take place on November 18, while the APEC CEO Dialogues will take place on November 19-20.
Malacañang has not yet issued a statement on whether President Rodrigo Duterte will attend the first virtual edition of the annual event of the 21 heads of state of APEC member economies.
