“We hope we can keep that production going every night. Sa system na rin namin, we have open gazes most of the time. But we don’t want to fall in love three by three. I know it can be of great help, but we have to adapt, ”Ravena said.

The Fuel Masters, on the other hand, earned their second win by beating NorthPort, 110-105, on Thursday. Despite the good start, Phoenix coach Topex Robinson said it’s too early to celebrate.

“We deserve more. We want to be hungry for more. Complacency killed the cat and we don’t want to be that victim, so we’re going to compete, ”Robinson said.

Meanwhile, fighting is a rarely used term for San Miguel. But it rings true with this group of Beermen, who will face Terrafirma at 6:45 pm in hopes of ending their troubles.

San Miguel (1-2) has lost two in a row in this conference, including the loss to TNT. Worse still, Terrence Romeo suffered a season-ending right shoulder injury, leaving the team with another short man with six-time MVP June Mar Fajardo who has yet to recover from a fractured right tibia.

Romeo has already left the bubble to rest and undergo treatment.

Terrafirma, meanwhile, has failed to win in two attempts despite CJ Pérez being the conference’s third-leading scorer with 28 per game.
