The ECQ will end at 8 pm on October 30.

According to the ECQ, a strict home quarantine will be observed in all homes and the movement of residents will be limited to the purchase of essential goods and services.

Mass gatherings are prohibited except for government services or authorized humanitarian activities.

Public transport will also be suspended while the prohibition of alcoholic beverages is in force.
