SORSOGON Governor Chiz Escudero exempted harassed coach Aldin Ayo from any violation of government health protocols during the controversial training of the Santo Tomás Tigres Bicol bubble amid the pandemic.

The PNP memo cited in the report also stated that the UST group provided the police with all necessary documents before heading to Capuy, Sorsogon, stating that they are not persons under monitoring (PUM), they did not have any symptoms of COVID- 19 for 14 days, they were tested seven days before the trip and obtained all necessary travel passes from the Joint Task Force COVID Shield.
