The central and southern parts of Taiwan will see mostly sunny weather, with the possibility of brief isolated showers or afternoon thunderstorms in the mountainous areas.
On Wednesday, as humidity brought in by northeast winds will increase slightly, clouds will pick up for northern and northeast Taiwan and brief scattered showers can be expected, while central and southern Taiwan will be mostly cloudy, and will expect mountainous areas to see brief isolated rains.
During the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday that begins on Thursday, winds will gradually shift from northeast to southeast winds, and the western half of Taiwan will be mostly clear with isolated brief rains in mountainous areas in the afternoon, while the eastern half of Taiwan will be partly cloudy with the possibility of brief, isolated rains that should not interfere with departures.
