Two world titles are up for grabs Saturday night at UFC 253 on Fight Island. The event marks the UFC’s second trip to Yas Island in Abu Dhabi during the global COVID-19 pandemic, and the promotion will run a total of five events over the next several weeks, starting with Saturday’s UFC 253 card, earlier for the events to return to Las Vegas.

In the main event, UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya will stake his 185-pound title against Paulo Costa in a battle of undefeated rivals. Meanwhile, the co-main event will see a new light heavyweight champion crowned as Dominick Reyes and Jan Blachowicz square off for the title vacated by Jon Jones in his recent promotion to heavyweight.

The five-fight main card begins at 10 p.m. ET on PPV. The preliminaries begin at 8 p.m. on ESPN 2, after the preliminaries at 7 p.m., which are also broadcast on ESPN 2.
