The Aboitiz Group Supports the Department of Commerce and Industry’s Call to Prioritize the Use of Philippine-Made Materials in the Administration’s Build, Build, Build (BBB) Program to Help Boost the Economy and Keep Jobs for Filipinos amid the 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic. “As the country recovers and slowly recovers from the current pandemic, the Aboitiz Group continues to seek ways to also address the economic impact of this health crisis. Aboitiz does business in the cement manufacturing and construction sectors. Consumer rights group Laban Konsyumer Inc. also called on the government to support the “Buy Pinoy” program to revive BBB and create local jobs.
