MANILA, Philippines – The exodus continues for members of the UST men’s basketball team as rookie of the year Mark Nonoy and Deo Cuajao transfer to the DLSU Green Archers.

According to The STAR’s Abac Cordero, Green Archers team manager Terry Capistrano confirmed reports of Nonoy and Cuajao’s engagement to the Taft team.

Nonoy and Cuajao are only the last Tigres to leave the program amid the controversy of the “Sorsogon bubble”.

First off the show was former captain CJ Cansino, who is heading to the UP Fighting Maroons.

Other players head to the rival NCAA league. Brent Paraiso, Rhenz Abando and Ira Bataller have become engaged to Letran, while the young and promising Jun Asunción heads to the University of Mapua.

Beleaguered coach Aldin Ayo also resigned from his position earlier this month.

Since then, Ayo has been indefinitely expelled from UAAP due to the training bubble.

The former champion coach of the UAAP will seek the reconsideration of the sanction by the UAAP.
