In a statement posted on Lloyd’s official Facebook page, the Cadena family said the vlogger was admitted to the hospital on September 1 due to a high fever and dry cough, and that he was tested for COVID-19 himself. day.

His test results came back positive on September 3, but the family said that at that time “his vital signs were fine.”

“On September 4, at 5 am, the staff saw him unconscious and pale,” they wrote. “As reported by the doctor, he suffered a heart attack while sleeping.”

Lloyd’s remains were cremated yesterday. His death occurred more than two weeks before his 27th birthday.

“There are simply no words to express our sincere appreciation for the prayers and condolences you have extended to our family during this time of loss,” said his family.

Known for his fun videos, he started his YouTube channel in 2011 and has since become one of the most popular vloggers in the country. He now has more than five million subscribers on the platform and more than 6.5 million followers on Facebook.
