MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police – Internal Affairs Service (PNP-IAS) filed criminal complaints on Friday against Metro Manila Police Chief, Major General Debold Sinas and 18 other police officers for not following the protocols of quarantine during the “morning” on May 8.
