Nurse faints while talking to press about getting Covid-19 vaccine

It’s scary that a nurse at a Tennessee hospital just got a coronavirus vaccine, she told reporters she felt dizzy and then fainted.

Nurse manager Tiffany Dover received a Pfizer-Bioentech at the CHI Memorial Hospital in Chhattisgarh on Thursday and was giving a press briefing when she began taking the trail, according to WTVC-9.

“All my staff, you know, we’re excited to get vaccinated. We are in the covid unit, so, you know, my team will have the first chance to get vaccinated, ”Dover said.

“And I know it really is … sorry, I’m really dizzy.”

She was caught by a doctor behind her, when about 17 minutes had passed since she got the shot.

“It hit me all of a sudden, I think it’s coming. I felt a little unwell, but now I feel better, and the pain in my hands is gone, ”Dover said after recovering.

Doctors said the episode was not related to the components of the vaccine.

Dover told WTVC-9 that she has a condition where she often feels dizzy when she feels pain.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also said fainting can occur after a variety of vaccinations and medical procedures – usually due to pain or discomfort.
