Tips for big parties

The police have received information about a larger party being planned in a cave in Trondheim. On social media, it appears that 400 people have been invited and more tickets will be sold.

NRK has seen the dialogue between people who know about the event on Jodel’s social media.

“- It can’t be possible … So there are up to 400 idiots in Trondheim?”, writes a user in Jodel.

According to the police, no application has been made to hold this event, which is a must.

– The police have received clues about the event and are watching it with concern, says Rendal.

They are also concerned about how infection control is managed in the current COVID-19 situation.

Seriously injured after bunker party in Oslo

In late August, 27 people were taken to the hospital on suspicion of carbon monoxide poisoning after a party in a bunker on St. Hanshaugen in Oslo.

Five of the people were seriously injured when a power supply emitted carbon dioxide during the party. Several have also suffered brain injuries after the party.

According to the police, probably as many as 200 attended the party. Five people pay after the party.

Under inspection

Trondheim police are now working to find out who is behind the plans for a new cave party in the city.

A patrol was at the alleged location Wednesday morning to check if anyone was working to prepare for the party.

– We are working to find out what this event entails and who is the organizer. We have good reason to believe that we will find out from this, says Rendal.
