Recently, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was finally revealed correctly with a teaser, which did not show direct play, but did give us a good idea of what the game will be about. Furthermore, Ubisoft has stated that this is one of its most ambitious projects to date, and is the result of 15 studies that have collaborated to develop the game.
Although they have had a lot of studies, it doesn’t really mean the game has developed quickly either. In an interview with Eurogamer, Ubisoft explains that the game has been in development for almost three years.
This confirmed director Ashraf Ismail, who was also director of Assassin’s Creed Origins, so we are crossing our fingers that he is in control. They also state in the article that although Valhalla is a direct player, there are many elements online.
“Valhalla is a single player game with many online components, which encourages players to share their progress and creativity,” says Ubisoft.
If you haven’t seen the trailer yet, you can find it below.
