Wada states on its website that of the 298 practitioners suspected of violating anti-doping regulations and reported to their respective unions, 145 practitioners are suspected of altering the data.
For the other 153, such manipulation is not suspected.
In the past few days, Wada has had video meetings with affected unions and anti-doping agencies to explain the content of the transmitted information packages.
Therefore, the cases are in the hands of the unions, but Wada will control what is being done and has the right to refer the cases to the Arbitration Court (CAS) if it considers that the results of the investigation are not reasonably followed.

– This has been the most complex investigation in the history of anti-doping, and our research team has done exceptional work. They have gone through thousands of doping tests and 24 terabytes of data for hundreds of athletes in 28 sports. Now we see the results, says Wada President Witold Banka.
He says the investigation into the Russian doping hoax has not ended.
– There are still new analyzes of samples taken from the Moscow laboratory, says Banka.
Several positive tests have already been discovered and are currently under investigation. Analysis of nearly 700 “suspicious” samples remains.
