Viktor Hovland (23) dropped 21 spots on the final day of the PGA tournament in Hawaii. The PGA of America also made sure to give President Donald Trump a cold shower on Sunday.
Hovland was in a split tenth place before the final round of the Sentry Tounament of Champions in Maui, Hawaii.
But instead of being able to look up the results charts, Sunday’s round ended with the weakest Norwegian on the PGA Tour since October 15.
Since then, Hovland has played 16 rounds below par and two rounds for field par.

Hovland was 14 strokes below par before the final round after going 69-68-68 in the first three rounds at the 73-stroke par course.
In the fourth round, there were three bogeys and only one birdie on the first nine holes, before finishing the last nine with two new bogeys and one birdie. The other 12 holes were the Norwegian at par.
With that, the 23-year-old dropped 21 spots from a 10th spot to a 31st spot.
Hovland finished 11 strokes under, 14 strokes behind winner Harris English, who decided after a rematch against Joaquin Niemann.

But it’s not just Hovland who had to deal with a recession on Sunday. The PGA of America announced Sunday night that they are depriving Trump of the PGA Championship from the main tournament in Bedminster in 2022.
“The leadership of the PGA of America voted tonight to exercise the right to rescind the agreement on the 2022 PGA Championship at Trump Bedminster,” said PGA President Jim Richerson.
The field has already hosted a major race, when they hosted the US Open for Women in 2017.
