Donald Trump is willing to acknowledge electoral defeat if he sees that it is not possible to reach the judiciary, sources tell Fox News.
Anonymous sources, he says, will also contribute in that case to a peaceful transfer of power.
The AP news agency reports that some of Trump’s employees and supporters have encouraged him to admit defeat. He has reportedly been advised to deliver a speech on this issue within the next week.
Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is one of those who allegedly asked him to accept the election result, although the president is highly critical of the way the election was conducted. Kushner is said to have told several people he knows about his appeal to Trump.

At the same time, others in the circle around Trump believe the fight should continue to get the election results reversed in several states. Trump’s children and their lawyer Rudy Giuliani are in this field, according to AP.
