MMA star Conor McGregor has been arrested in Corsica. Claim a local court to the AFP news agency.
According to AFP, Conor McGregor (32) has been arrested on the French island of Corsica. Iren must be in custody on suspicion of erasure, writes AFP.
Several other media outlets, such as Le Parisien, write that McGregor is also suspected of sexual assault.
Police are said to have received a complaint about the 32-year-old man on September 10 and have now brought him in for questioning. McGregor is said to have been in Corsica and France recently, and was present during the start of the Tour de France.
On Friday, he is said to have been approached by doping inspectors on his yacht off the island.
This isn’t the first time McGregor has been in trouble with the law:
McGregor will be in the area to prepare for a 180-kilometer journey that will draw attention to safety at sea. Now he has had to withdraw from the charity event.
