OSLO DISTRICT COURT (VG) Under the alter ego “Anita Berg”, the threatening defendant Laila Bertheussen wrote several messages on Facebook criticizing the play “Ways of Seeing” that filmed her home.
The prosecution believes that the play in question and the post-premiere incidents were the reason why Laila Bertheussen was forced to carry out attacks on three politicians in the winter of 2018-2019. One of them was her own partner, then-Justice Minister Tor Mikkel Wara.
She herself denies criminal guilt.

At some point after Wara took over as Minister of Justice in Erna Solberg’s government, the partner created the fake profile on Facebook under the alter ego “Anita Berg.”
The profile eventually made 299 friends and used a photo of an unknown woman as a profile picture.
– He had three profiles. The one that was active was “Anita Berg”. I used it to follow things about the theater, nonsense and to press “like” in things that I could not write like Laila or as a partner of the Minister of Justice, explained Bertheussen in room 250 of the Oslo District Court.
– Why did you have to create a fake profile? asked state attorney Marit Formo.

The prosecutor corrected the typo, where “fanatic” was originally supposed to be “real.”
– Why did you use the fake profile here? asks the prosecutor.
– Because they are a bit on the edge of these messages. She does not fit in very well with the cohabitant with the Minister of Justice, replied Bertheussen.
The prosecutor documented several posts and comments that “Anita Berg” has written on Facebook.
In a post, he wrote: «Are you in favor of furtive filming and harassment (…) This piece is the direct reason why individuals have been exposed to».

Punish the director
In another post on the theater’s Facebook page, Bertheussen criticizes the play’s director, Pia Maria Roll Jessen, for secretly filming her home on Røa in Oslo, harassment and lies: «Don’t you know what individuals have been exposed to as a direct consequence of your gambling?“, She wrote.

Bertheussen refers to a specific address in the note, which belongs to one of those involved in the work Ways of seeing. In the note, he also writes that there could be a photo of two named people from the work inside the house.
The two are known as “fascists” and “Judas”.

State Attorney Frederik G. Ranke wanted to know the meaning of this title.
“I don’t know,” Bertheussen replied.

“I know,” she replied.

An application for an autumn exhibition has also been found, which has been created on the tablet. Bertheussen denies that he submitted an application to the exhibition and rejects it all saying it was silly.

Filmed the director’s house
Bertheussen suggested in a Messenger group of which he was a member that they should make a YouTube video, where they filmed the houses of some of the actors in the play. It received the approval of several.

Bertheussen replied that he only visited the director’s house.
