OSLO DISTRICT COURT (VG) In a Facebook chat with Ingvil Smine’s Tybring-Gjedde, FRP politician, Laila Anita Bertheussen asked: “Do you have someone who can leak the case to the press?”
During her free explanation, the defendant said how much she valued her own private life and that she has never wanted or sought publicity, despite living with former Justice Minister Tor Mikkel Wara (Frp).
On December 6, 2018, the first incident will take place on the property of the couple who cohabit on Røa in Oslo. The hood of the car is inscribed “RACIST” in red marker, on the wall of the house it says “RACIS”.
The car’s fuel tank was broken and there was a rope on the car’s fuel tank. The string was supposedly on.

The prosecution believes that Laila Bertheussen is behind, and that the reason is her reaction to the play “Ways of seeing”, where a movie of her house was shown and the partner was accused of being in a “racist network”.
She denies criminal guilt.
During Bertheussen’s questioning, the prosecution was concerned about his reaction to the play and that his review of the theater was dropped. They also wondered why he contacted Ingvil Smine’s Tybring-Gjedde, wanted to give journalists clues about the matters, and why he reacted so violently to a bishop’s post about the play.
They also wanted to know why he wrote articles and public posts on Facebook about the tension the play had caused. It was also a topic that Wara asked her several times not to publish one of the posts.

Prosecutor Marit Formo began the interrogation of Bertheussen with the publication of the NRK article on the first incident: “Investigating threats against the Minister of Justice”. Bertheussen, in a Facebook post, accused the PST of leaks, and during questioning the prosecutor responded.
She was particularly interested in an image of the car marked “RACIST” credited “Photo: TIPS”.
– Do you know how NRK got hold of that image?
– No, says Bertheussen in cash.

The prosecutor then referred to a Messenger conversation between Bertheussen and the offended Ingvil Smines Tybring-Gjedde (Frp).
Tybring-Gjedde writes that her mouth is sealed. The case is exempt from public access, on which the prime minister’s office had made a decision, he writes. ‘I was a bit surprised at first. I’m not so sure if this should remain off, ”Bertheussen writes in conversation.
Then Bertheussen asks: “Do you have someone who can leak the case to the press?” Then send photos of the car marked “RACIST”. The image later ended up in the NRK article.
Tybring-Gjedde de Smine was then Secretary of State in the Ministry of Oil and Energy. A little over a month later, she was appointed Minister of Civil Contingencies in the Erna Solberg government.

Formo kept asking Bertheussen about his drive to audiences and what was behind it.
