Corona confirmed the deaths of 147 other people in Sweden, Swedish health authorities said during today’s press conference on covid-19.
In total, 3460 people have died from the disease in Sweden.
– We have reached almost 3500 in total. It is a number that we are not happy to see. It is terribly sad that so many people die from the disease in Sweden, says state epidemiologist Anders Tegnell.
27,909 people have been infected. 430 critically ill patients are admitted to the 1013 intensive care units available in the country.

Another 1,600 patients are admitted to other covid-19 hospitals.
Tegnell says during the press conference that they will give the country’s citizens up-to-date advice on summer vacations by the end of the month.
