HØYBRÅTEN (VG) A club house in Høybråten in Oslo caught fire and had full ceilings.

Shortly before 8:30 p.m., police wrote on Twitter that they had been notified of a fire with overtraining.

Emergency services are on site and control the fire.

– The fire department immediately dispatches the smoke diver to search the building, and has deemed that there is no need to evacuate neighboring buildings, police say at 8:50 p.m.

Police are asking residents near the fire station to close the windows as there is a lot of smoke from the fire.

VG was on site when the fire occurred. At first it seemed that the grill on the balcony of the clubhouse had too much flame and suddenly the ceiling was on fire. People on the site did not understand what had happened.

President of the HSIL football team, Håvard Braserudhaget, despair.

– It was hell. At first I thought it was meaty. There are 104 years of history, trophies, circuit championships, teams and emotions that disappear in minutes, says Braserudhaget, who is on the scene.

Initially, it was reported that there is no danger of proliferation, but upon closer inspection, police say they cannot exclude this.

Many people came to the area when they saw smoke spread through the residential area.

– There are so many people, and complete overtraining. We are now in the phase where we need to control and alienate people, Operation Guro Sannes reported to the police the moment emergency services arrived on the scene.

There are still a lot of people around the area and they are observing the extinction work.

The case is being updated.
