US Elections: Shocking Images Show Trump Supporters ‘Ambushing’ Biden Bus

The FBI is investigating after a “caravan” of Trump-flagged vehicles surrounded a Joe Biden campaign bus in Texas and a van that allegedly rammed the car of a Democratic staff member.

Images on social media show pick-up trucks waving Make America Great Again signs and flags on the bus and accompanying vehicles on Friday.

After the accident, on I-35 in Hays County, Texas, Democrats canceled three events in the state and the FBI got involved, the Texas Tribune reported.

President Donald Trump linked to a video showing his supporters circling Biden’s tour bus, tweeting “I LOVE TEXAS” a day after the images surfaced.

During his rally in Montoursville, Pennsylvania, Trump also touched on the MAGA convoy from Texas, while discussing how his supporters have been showing up at Biden’s car rallies.

Trump asked the crowd if they had seen photos of the Texas incident and then said “What a group” noting that “it’s kind of hot. He added that it is “really trend number one.”

Texas Rep. Rafael Anchia tweeted images of the Biden bus next to a hearse draped in Trump campaign flags, noting: “Armed Trump trolls harass Biden’s bus on I-35, ram vehicles volunteers and block traffic for 40 minutes. “

Other videos and photos showed Trump supporters interrupting Biden’s bus, calling Democratic supporters communists, as it left a rest stop.

A Biden supporter tweeted about the experience.

“See all these trucks with Trump flags? They were sitting along I-35, waiting to ambush the Biden / Harris campaign bus as it traveled from San Antonio to Austin,” wrote historian Dr. Eric Cervini in a tweet accompanying a video of a Trump Convoy.

“These Trump supporters, many of whom were armed, circled the bus on the interstate and tried to pull it off the road. They outnumbered police 50-1 and ended up hitting an employee’s car.”

A member of Biden’s campaign staff told the Daily Beast that Trump supporters seen in video of the road around Biden’s bus had slowed down in front of him, attempting to stop him or make the bus pull out of road.

The employees eventually called the police, who helped Biden’s bus reach its destination.
