Climate and environmental activist Greta Thunberg criticized Donald Trump’s attempt to stop the vote counting, calling the tactic “ridiculous.”

In a tweet in response to Trump’s “stop the count,” Thunberg suggested that Trump suffered from anger management issues, giving a suggestion on how best he could calm down.

The 17-year-old told Trump to “chill out,” suggesting he go see a movie rather than rant on social media.

“How ridiculous. Donald should work on his Anger Management problem and then go see a good old-fashioned movie with a friend! Take it easy, Donald!”

Her comment is a mockery of Trump after he mocked her on social media after she was named Person of the Year by Time magazine in 2019.

At the time, she tweeted that she should “work on her anger management problem and then go see a good old-fashioned movie with a friend.”

This is not the first time that Thunberg has intervened in the electoral debate.

The Swede made an unusual comment four weeks ago, saying that she never participates in political parties, but that “the upcoming US elections are above and beyond all that.”

In his tweet, he encouraged Americans to vote for Biden.

“From a climate perspective, it’s far from enough and many of you, of course, supported other candidates. But, I mean, you know, damn it! Just get organized and get everyone to vote for Biden.”

While Thunberg has endorsed Biden, he has recently mocked both candidates’ environmental plans and efforts to help solve the climate crisis.

In an interview with the New York Times, Thunberg was scathing in his assessment of the US elections and the environmental policies offered by Biden and Trump.

She said: “Maybe if Trump wins, that will be the spark that infuriates people enough to start protesting and really demanding things because of the climate crisis.”

“I think we can safely say that if Trump wins, he would threaten a lot of things.

“But I’m not saying that Joe Biden is good or that his policies are close to being sufficient. They are not.”
